Long Overdue -- Started Exercising

I started walking on the treadmill this week. Tonight was my 4th night in a row. Here's my progress thus far.
  1. 1st time, 2 miles
  2. 2nd time, 2 1/4 miles
  3. 3rd time, 2 3/4 miles
  4. 4th time, 3 1/4 miles.
I put the treadmill on 3.5 mph, so tonight i walked a little over 50 minutes.
Can't tell that I've lost any weight, but I do feel better.

update:

It's been just over 2 1/2 weeks since I started, and I've lost about 10 lbs. I feel much better, and I'm very happy to see the progress.
